Lexington 235 Chevy Weight

I'm thinking about buying a Lexington 235 on a Chevy chassis. I like the idea of a smaller dog house, cooler cab, and more leg room, but I'm a little concerned about carrying capacity with a 12300 GVWR. The specs from 2007 say that it weighs 10,730. This sticker in the cabinet says 10,370.
The next year's (2008) literature says 10,370.

I know that these posted weights are like the weight of a motorhome in heaven, but it's the best I can go with for now. Has anyone weighed their 235?

(I ask from the perspective on someone who bought a couple of motorhomes that were overweight when they left the factory.)Expensive mistakes. Thanks!!

I found the answer based on actual weight of a unit. The 2007 Lexington weights a little less than 10,300 (stunningly close to the weight listed on the cabinet door) with full gas, full lp, 2 batteries, generator and empty tanks. On the Chevy chassis that leaves 2000 lbs for people, water and gear.
