Lexington switch

I have a 2006 Lex GPS and am still learning the details.
There are two switches on the stairway way going into the motorhome---the first switch is for the porch light and stairs.
What is the second switch for---- the fella that sold me the unit mentioned it but I can't remember what he said and I can't find anything that it controls.
Thanks

Light Switches

In our '05, one switch controls the stair in, stair out when the screen door opens, it also turns on on a light under the frame next to the stair. The other switch turns on the light (porch light) next to the door......

In my 2012 Lexington, the large rotary switch there is the battery cut off. Since I leave my Lexington on shore power, I leave the battery cutoff in the ON position so the batteries are on charge.

Awing light? Scare light on the driver side of the rig. An interior light that has a switch on it? I have 2 porch lights one white and one yellow.

As has been mentioned the rocker switch closest to the door operates the porch light, out-side the door. The other rocker switch, keeps the automatic step in the “out” position when you open and close the door. Note: if the step is deployed (even with the rocker switch set “to keep step out”), when the vehicle ignition switch is moved to start the vehicle...the step will move back to stored position. This is a great safety feature. Hope this info helps. That is the set up on my 2004 Lexington anyway.
