Newbie with first problem

We just (Saturday) bought a 2012 Lex 283ts from an older couple who bought it in July 2012, used it once, didn't like it, and parked it in an oversized garage until we got it. It only had 1510 miles on it and that was from transport to dealer, one trip by the owner, and one trip to dealer for a minor recall.
When we went to look at and buy, I checked all the systems, slides, awning, ect ect and all worked as new, which basically they are. Bought it (great price) and drove it home, about 250 miles, with no problems.
Today I opened it up and checked all the systems again at my leisure, and again everything worked. After turning off the Thetford range I puttered a bit more, than turned everything on again. This time the range with the spark igniters, range fan and range light would not turn on. I have all the paperwork and manuels that came with the unit, but in the Thetford there is no (trouble shooting) guide. I believe the system is 12 volt (correct me if I'm wrong), but which fuse would it be running through. Checked the panel under the rear bed but no fuse is marked as dedicated to the range top. Gas flow is good as water heater and fridge were on gas.
Probably long winded for such a minor problem, and I apologize.

Congratulations on your new toy. I have no idea how to answer your question, so I'll let others do that. Just wanted to say welcome.

Why not just pull the fuses to see if one of them is blown.

Yeah, that's what I'm planning to do tomorrow. The person who filled in the fuse area had terrible handwriting/printing. Can't make out half of what fuses go with what circuit. Time to get the label maker out.

Battery disconnect is the first thing I checked, but I was also running off shore power.
