No pump no heat

Just got back from a week of using our 2005 Lexington motor home. All went great. Then we get home and attempt to turn the heat on (Chicago got a little cold in April). The heat would not come on. It's as if there is no power to ignite it. Also the pump on. The toilet is not working. Checked pump and it is getting 11.5 volts ( the red light though on the panel does not go on) it is as if a fuse or breaker is out. Checked all and seem ok. Any suggestions what to check next?

Batteries are very low. Furnace will not work if voltage is too low.

12v converter dying/dead???

You unit is about the right age for you 12v converter to be on it's way out... My '06 died last year. It also is likely the reason your battery/batteries are so low. Read some of the posts including mine about 12v converters. The OEM unit is NOT what you want to replace it with. Most of us that have replaced our converters have gone with the Progressive Dynamics unit. More features, and is top rated.

No heat no pump

Thank you but the confusing part is batteries are fully charged. The converter is turning on if we disconnect the 110. It is only the furnace and pump that won't work generator and everything else works fine.

12v Trobs

When I had my problem in the No Geo. mountains in 30 degree weather, I was having furnace trouble and all kinds of weird problems... One minute my batteries showed fully charged, the next minute I had only one bar, dim lights, and no furnace etc. After much research online I found everything pointing to the lousy converter that comes in these units and many others. Tons of problems. But no problems with the Progressive units... After my mountain fiasco, it gave me great security knowing I won't have that problem again. I will be curious to see what your problem turns out to be.

What is the battery voltage with the converter off( disconnected from shore power for more than an hour or two)?

Converters don't turn on when you disconnect from 110. They turn on when hooked to shore power if the demand is there.
