The wires come from the RV thru a conduit and I know the black wire goes to the breaker, but the white wire has no connection point, unless it goes on the "ground" bolt!

Can't "ground" common side, of A/C. Must lead to a common isolated bus. I suspect he is talking one of seven control leads from gen. They are all white per the drawings.
This is the common wire which comes from the RV to the Generator and is one of the output voltage wires and the other wire is black and it connects to the small circuit breaker in the gen control!
Speaking of the Onan generator... Don't forget to run it under load once per month. I just paid $530.00 to have the carburetor and associated parts replaced because I got lazy this winter. I won't make that mistake again! Ouch!!!

I Re-installed my 4ky Onan Gen after repairing it, and finally hooked the white a/c wire on with other common wires on genset, everything works..Thanks to Everyone for Your help!

That is what happened to me and it took a while to fix it!
