questions possible Lexington 300SS

We currently have a 2011 LEXI 265GS. We have decided one more change in MH size is required. The Lexi 300SS appears to be able to give us more space and comfort in the coach portion as well as more exterior storage. However, we have been unasble to find a 300SS in our state as well as neighboring areas. Hopefully someone on the forum can answer some questions. 1. Is there interior storage under the rear bed? I suspect the water tank is there and the pass thru exterior storage takes up some space. 2. The couch has storage cabinets above it but the dinette does not. Can they be an option? 3. I noticed all of the pics on the web show a sofa bed. Is there an option for a jacknife or lay flat recliners? 4. Need the width of the three wardrobe cabinets. 5. I assume the black and grey tanks are not heated and are equipped with heating pads.

Has anyone else gone from a 265 to the 300 and if so, was it a good move? We would a appreciate a heads up regarding a 300 in our area (Oklahoma). Thanks for your help.

1. That's where fresh water is (rear pass through is huge though)

3. I don't know that we do any sofa beds. The standard sofa is a jack knife sofa. We are currently experimenting with a jack knife style bed that goes out further (no air mattress for us)

5. Correct. Pad heaters are standard on GTS.
