rep/conv. on electric control box circuit breaker
What does this mean and mine is tripped and won't reset. Any ideas? Thanks.

Wow, a factory rep. I'm honored. Well it is written on the electric box on the bed frame. It is next to the first breaker on the left. Even with no power at all it stays tripped. The outlets on the bed and in front by the cab (tv/dvd) do not work and it also appears my battereis are not charging when plugged in. Thanks!

IF you're saying you have a circuit breaker in your electrical panel
that won't reset EVEN when your trailer is NOT plugged in
I say it's a bad circuit breaker.
This should be an easy fix.
My circuit breakers plug in and you can buy them at electrical
supply houses as well as Lowes, Home Depot and many well
stocked hardware stores.

You do know if a breaker is tripped you MUST turn it off where you hear a click and it stays completly off. Then you try and close it the other direction. At this time if it doesn't click going to the ON position I'd say replace the breaker only at Home Depot.

The 2nd half of that is the convertor, so that would explain why your batteries aren't charging. I would agree that it sounds like a bad breaker if it is tripping with no power.

Thanks all. It looks easy but as I have had it less than a month, I'll let the dealer mess with it. I'm a bit puzzled why when we tested things before buying it and doing a couple back yard runs it would fail. Could there be a short or problem with the converter that caused the breaker to fail or does that not happen. I also have a noisy AC fan when turning off so they can check that before it cools off to much here. Love this forum. Very helpful and if I needed to I would have been able to do a fix on the road.

It's not unheard of for a breaker to just be bad from the get go.
Even if your converter is shorted that should not kill the circuit breaker.
I mean if a circuit breaker trips it should reset when cooled and power
is removed.
By all means let the dealer take care of it especially if they are a reasonable
distance from you.
Ditto the AC noise.

I had a weak breaker last winter. It would trip when ever i turned on the toaster or coffee maker. It was a double breaker and only place i could find the proper size was at the RV dealership. Very easy to change. Just remember to unplug TT before working on panel.
