Slide out seal

We have a Lexington 235 with one slide. When the slide is first brought in to the travel position the seal is tight. After travelling a few miles one corner moves out an inch or so and you can see daylight and hear air rushing in, it stays like this and doesn't move out any further. Any suggestions other than slide locks as they present a problem attaching to the slide flang. thanks John

I had this problem with my 270gts. The issue was that the dealer didn't put the slide lock in the lock position. It's generally located inside. (mine is under the couch). Check it and make sure it's in the lock position.

What does the lock look like? Mine does not slide out when driving, but when opening or closing, the slide can keep moving to far and stress the corners...bending them. Any ideas?

It sounds like your slide outs are out of adjustment. The side locks are useless mine kept on jumping out of posstion while towing and damaging the rubber seals and the furniture when they fell to the floor.

My camper had to go back to the dealer for the adjustment, the slide out slid back to the rear of the camper and dropped down on one end crushing the rear vertical seal......Be careful if this is not taken care A.S.A.P the slide out could get worst and cause more damage and then you may not be able to move it at all.
