snags1962

2008 Lex 255 DS. Emptied black tank but it still showed full on the elec panel. Also get an odor when start up after a period of sitting. Any ideas ?

Black water tank

I would suspect that thier are still some solids hung up on
the side wall sensors of your black tank. A good flushing of
the tank, by any means you prefere, should solve your problem.

Tank gauges

First I would install a Black Tank Flush Kit." Due to this very problem, I installed one shorty after buying my Lexie. The other old-timer trick is to run some water back in your tank before heading from a trip, and dump a big bag of ice into the tank through the toilet. That will usually break loose even the most attached goodies!
