stabilizing jacks

We have a 2008 triple slide Lexington. We would like to add after market stabilizing jacks. Has anyone done this? Was the extra weight noticeable? We want to tow a Honda CRV and are trying to keep the weight down, but really want to be able to level the coach. Any advice is appreciated.

We have a 2012 283ts, and I just haven't felt the need to get them. But, a bit of research will show that the systems weigh around 200 lbs or so, so it really wouldn't be too much of a weight gain, about as much as carrying 1/2 tank of fresh water, but the weight would be spread out rather than concentrated in one spot.

Stab Jacks make poor leveling devices as the are made to stabilize not lift.

Smile stabilizing jacks

Yes I put a set of Big Foot hyd. jacks on my 283GTS in 2012 and am very happy with them. The difference in weight isn't any problem.

BAL makes some frame mounted ones too. On our 2860 they use to be standard. Single in the front. Two in the rear.
