Thank You April

Has problem with dealership doing warranty work in reasonable time
April promptly returned call and accurately supplied correct info to expedite repairs
Dealer service may be lacking but April, BClemens and FR have proven to exceed the scale.

It is pretty cool that if you have some real problems, you can call FR. I'm sure they would prefer you not to, but sometimes a dealer will blame it on a manufacturer and reality is the dealership is the one that didn't do what they said, not FR. I second that BClemens and the other folks at FR that help us, do make us much more "satisfied" with the product than we would be if we didnt have them! Thanks :-)
