I feel better today after reading your responses...unfortunately I do not have a true local dealer ( at least 90 mins away) so I will pursue the RV direct thing but I did call the RV center in Chattanooga and they do repair FR and didn't seem too put out that it wouldn't be bought from there as they get quite a bit of interstate travelers.
I called 3 dealership service centers ( Tn, Ga, Ok) and asked the service manager if they had a disproportionate # of FR repairs and they all said not really ( whew) but just advised to watch closely for leaks as in any MH and fix them quickly.
Now I am excited again---flying to pick up June 11...thanks again

Marlene, it's completely natural to worry and second guess your plans. I'm glad you received positive feedback from those service centres. One can never be absolutely certain about anything - I see one of Toyota's models is suddenly reported by Consumer Reports as 'below average reliability'. Who would see that coming? But by checking and researching, you're making the most-informed purchase possible. We're just friends and fellow campers here to help you along the way.
