Towing Mini Cooper with 2007 Lexi

Who tows a car with their Lexi? I hope to get my Lexington on Wednesday and am planning my first trip. I wasn't planning to bring my mini cooper on the trip, but circumstances have forced me to make a decision to try to pull the car, or forget bringing the camper and change my plans to stay in a hotel. I have pulled a small camper behind my Jeep Grand Cherokee for years so am used to pulling a trailer, but am not used to driving the Lexington yet (obviously, since I haven't gotten it yet). How does the Lexington tow a car?

We tow a Subaru Crosstrek with our 2012 Lexi 283ts without any problems at all. Just use the tow/haul mode when towing. We also use the cruise control when towing. Don't really know it's there until going up a grade, and even than cruise kicks in and maintains speeed. On interstates I maintain 65 mph without any problem.
Just be sure your Mini is rated to be towed 4 down. Cost for the proper equipment will run 2-3 thousand for bars, base plate, lighting, brake controller.
