2009 sunseeker 3100ss power inverter

Mine has this option, but which outlet is it? And is it run off of the truck engine/electrical system? I cant imagine it's when the generator is on bc all the outlets are powered at that point, right?? It leads me to believe theres one outlet that is powered by this "450 power inverter" help!

Mine is in the front TV area in the overhead. Runs off house batterys not chassis.

So in theory, if it's over the chair, in the cabinet that the tv is mounted to, it should work without the red key or the gene while driving just from the truck running right? One one outlet? Do u have to turn it on or..

You need the house batterys on for the inverter to work. The driving alternator will add some charge to the house batterys. You have to have the inverter on with the TV plugged into it. That 12 volt outlet won't work with out the house bats on. Do not use a dash 12 volt outlet. Not big enough wire to feed the inverter. Should be a 12 volt outlet by the antenna switch. That's how mine is.

I do have a 12 v cig plug there...but how do I actually activate the inverter? How do I turn it on?

Where you come in the side door, on the left down low, you have the battery on/off switch, the outside light switch, the awning switch and on mine a button to turn the inverter on/off. My inverter is located under the reefer in the same area as the unit heater. The inverter controles the 120 volt outlet on the side of the cabinet that the tv plugs into.

U keep it under ur reefer? my spec sheet says I have an inveterate, but I dont have a switch upon entry. I have awning, red key, and step and outside light. Wonder where else my inventor could be

You may not have an inverter. Mine came with but not all units have one. You could add one that plugs into the 12 volt outlet near the tv and plug the tv directly into the inverter. Just get and inverter big enough to run the tv.

Mine is hard wired from the factory and is in the area under the reefer making for a difficult location to get a picture of it. Google portable inverters by the wattage of your tv. That should get you close to what you want. I have no clue where else the factory would put an inverter. It may an option for an inverter but you may not have one. Look at your circuit breakers and see if there is one for an inverter.
