2013 Sunseeker 3170DS Generator & Transfer

I picked up my used 3170 this week and working out the bugs on my own. Generator starts and runs fine, but no power. Everything works fine on shore power like the microwave. I'm reading here of possible transfer switch problems, where can I find it check it out?

Thanks.

Look all around the compartment that your cord is stored in and see if there is an outlet in there to plug in to. If there is you have to plug your shore cord into that to complete the circuit.

If there is no outlet then you do have a transfer switch. Before you determine it is your switch, take the face plate off the genny, on the right hand side should be the onboard start/stop button, just to the right side of that should be a circuit breaker on the genny. If that is tripped it will kill power to camper.

Thanks Motocross. No outlet, couldn't find the transfer switch so it's back at the dealer to see what they come up with. Breaker is fine.

Fixed. Dealer found a loose wire on the 30 amp connection at the generator.

I am planning a mod. Anyone know where the transfer switch is located on a 3170DS?

Transfer switch on my 2300 is under the bed. Power center is on front face of bed. Don't know if that will help you on your model.
