2013 Sunseeker 317ODS back slide out leak

Any advise on fixing a slide out leak when in? Doesn't leak when out. Seems to do it only with heavy downpour.
Bought it used and it must of had the problem before. Dealer replaced gaskets all around and it still leaks.
Slide out has awning topper.
Thanks

I would think it would be more likely to leak when out not in. Interesting. Any chance it has to do with how your parking/storing it. My thinking is generally people only have the slide out when in use..and when in use we typically do a better job at leveling.

I've had zero issues with leaks on our 3170DS, but I do store it slightly high in the rear so water runs off the front.

Where is the water coming in on the inside?

We had a pretty massive leak on our 3170ds but it happened when the slide was out. The water came in around the window but the leak was actually on the top of the slide where the side and top came together.

Late in the game for this post but extend the slide and check the slide gaskets. I know you stated that they were replaced but you need to verify that the blade wiper gaskets overlap properly. The gasket along the top should overlap the side (vertical). On my dinette slide my vertical was on top of the the top gasket and thereby channeled water behind the vertical.
Just think of it like weather flashing - the lowest point is tucked behind the highest point.

Our leak came from the top of the slide where the side wall and top came together. You can see where that seam is sealed. If there is a bad spot in that seam, it will let water in the wall.....then the water comes out wherever it can.
I know this isn't where everyone's problems start, but it is an easy place to start checking as it is mostly visible.
