I have a 2013 sunseeker and the shower door rollers keep coming off the track and jamming the door. Can't find the replacement rollers. Has anyone had this issue???

Our Solera did this from new. Dealer tried to adjust for this and for the latch not working properly by setting the shower door at an angle - bad move; solved neither problem, made door hard to open/shut. I added a small piece of 1/4 inch drip tubing to the door (glued on with GOOP) so the latch worked and added a small piece of aluminum (from a scrap piece of furnace duct I had laying around, cut with a scissors and shaped with a needle nose pliers, also glued on with GOOP) to "fill/close" the indentation in the lower track (intended to allow door removal by popping the bottom rollers out through the indentation, I believe). I believe the wheels sneeking out through that indentation while opening/closing the door was the source of the rollers escaping the track problem, and the problem often occurred while driving because the doors came unlatched and slammed open/shut. No issues since the above mods - now at ~90K miles and 350+ nights camped, most since the mods.

I would measure the diameter and look for something close in the sliding door / screen door parts section at Loewes (sp?), Ace or Home Depot (or Amazon). Ace often has an excellent selection of miscellaneous parts like these.
Ideas to make a fit - if the center hole is too small, you can likely drill it out; if the wheel is too narrow you can put washers on the center screw, etc.
Just my thoughts - good luck.
Jim

An example from Amazon. Available in a few different diameters:

Same problem with our Sunseeker. Never have found replacement rollers. It keeps eating up the plastic ones. I have found some closet door ones at Menards that I could make and fashion to work. Once I found brass ones, and bought the 2 packs they had, never to be found again. I again fashioned the brass ones to work on the front and back and use silicone grease on the track. There was also a bump on the track at the front to hold the door in the closed position that was ripping the front rollers up fast. I ground it down.

Had the same problem in my previous 2013 leprechaun. I called coachmen parts dept. they got me In touch with Irvine shade(they make shower doors too) I was able to buy exact replacements. So get ahold of sunseeker parts, send some pictures, they should be able to help you out. I traded the motor home shortly after that , so I cat say how long the replacements lasted. I did buy spares though.

If it were me I would try some more adjustments before I bought new wheels !!!
Unless you can see proof that the wheels were worn badly !!!
If the door became hard to open & close I would lub them with Super Lube,,,
It is much like petroleum jelly !!! Should be able to find it in the plumbing dept of any big box store !!!

Mine actually had bearings that came apart from rattling, found the steel balls in the shower pan.
