2014 3010ds lithium upgrade

Does anyone have any knowledge of upgrading to Lithiums.
(2 battleborn 100ah). I bought a new 45amp PD lithium charger. New Victron mppt solar controller and new Victron display.
Question is alternator protection and the existing wurth battery control center in my unit. If I install a new lithium Bim between my alternator and new Lithiums for alternator protection, what happens to my existing BIM in my existing battery control center?
The new bim will be the lithium precision circuits 225 Bim.
Confused
Any help appreciated
Thanks

Is this any help?
(Battery Isolation Manager info from Precision Circuits)

I believe the BIM you are referring to simply shuts off the positive leg to prevent total draining (and probable damage) of your new, expensive batteries. (Note - the Victron monitor is usually connected directly to the batteries and will continue to drain your batteries

If you where to drive the motor home, the Lithiums would want to suck so much lower from the alternator, that u risk overheating and damaging your alternator.! Was thinking about installing this

Oops.
PC's BG and BGA shut down positive leg.
PC's BIM is an Isolation device - my apologies.
BIM that I noted above seems to be very similar to what came stock in my FR Sunseeker MBS.

Note - I ordered my BGA from Battle Born when I ordered my batteries. PC modifies the internal circuitry for BB for the different cut-off voltages per Lithium batteries.

Thatís correct Tom.
My issue is my BCC is an older wurth model. It has a BIM but not setup good for Lithiums. So....question is should I disconnect that existing WURTH BIM and install new PC lithium /225 between my lithium bank and alternator.
