2015 3010ds shower door bottom seal

Opened the shower door today and the little plastic trim piece at the bottom of the shower door was torn. It's sort of L shaped and presses onto the bottom of the door. Looks like the shower will leak on the floor without it in there. Does anyone know where I can get a replacement?

If I find them I will get a few spares as they are very flimsy.

Should get one from Home Depot or Lowes. Ours was fixed at the dealers.

I replaced 2 of those little rascals Then Went to Home Depot and bought a door sweep (adhesive backing) put it on the outside of the shower door. No more water leaks and seals real good.

Mine ripped too after a few weeks. I did the same as rekwiat, but mounted ours on the inside. Cost maybe 4 bucks

2015 3010ds shower door bottom seal

Ours is a '14 2860 and I replaced mine with the "T" shape and I got it on Amazon
There are shower door suppliers that sell all the different shapes
The top of the "T" slides into the track on mine like the nubs of the "L" and the bottom of the "T" is longer so it covers the gap better and keeps water in.
I bought from CRL,and it's a better quality
I did modify it with a razor knife to fit perfectly.
Also I used clear silicone caulk along the bottom of the door on both sides
We are leak free now but the factory set up was causing water damage from leakage, that fortunately I nipped in the bud.

Thanks all! You've confirmed what I suspected.....the stock seal is likely going to need replaced often and it would makes sense to replace it with something better. Thanks!

Mine went after a few months. Stopped by the dealer and picked up new ones as it was under warranty

If you have a 2015, it should be under warranty. Call FR. They will usually ship small parts like that directly to you if you are willing to make the repair yourself.

It's actually just out of warranty. I have a very early 2015. I'm sure FR would still send it if I asked but I'm going to just replace it with something more substantial. By the looks of the stock part, it would need replaced over and over again.

You will be happy with a better replacement
The stock I pictured above is a thicker more substantial sweep that is working like a charm since I replaced it Last August
It's not only thicker, it's got better coverage (longer sweep) to keep the water in the shower where it belongs.
My floor was starting to delaminate in the corner where a tiny river was flowing during every shower

Hi, I am wondering if any one can help. We have a Cedar Creek 36RD5S and have been away for winter ( living in the UK you need to ) well back now did all the winterizing etc. all fine except the shower seems to be leaking, there is a small amount of water appearing by the base, but no sign of a hole or anything it seems to be coming from under the base, only slightly, can't fathom this out.
Has any one else come across this.
Thak you in advance

Sounds like a wise choice, why keep replacing it with something you know will fail even if it is free. Not worth the effort.
