Yep, I concur with the numbers. I ordered from FlowPur. When you order, get the pack of replacement orings, just in case.

The filter cartridges are standard 10" ones that you can get most any where ( Wally world, Lowes, Home depot, etc ) in a variety is filter media types and micron sizes.

I remember seeing some posts on here saying the filter can only be replaced with the FR one because of some mod to the filter housing .. IE standard filters won't work. I also have a 2014 2860DS but haven't replaced the filter.. Can anyone chime in here about it. I remember quite a few peeps were not happy about it..

Maybe the filter housing has been changed after model year 2012 but I have replaced my elements with standard 10 inch filters I got at Lowes and Walmart. I hit some places with bad water last season and needed to replace a couple times.

You just have to be careful and not get too fine (low micron size) a filter or the pressure drop though it will lower the water pressure in the coach. I think the original was 25 or 50 micron which is a bit on the high side but doesn't restrict flow as much as a 10-15 micron.

You are referring to the filter canister that requires a KW1 type filter. Not the same animal as presented here. Any 10 inch flow thru filter will work in this type canister as previously said..
