I have a 2014 2860DS on a Ford Chasis. The door for the outside kitchen has a slight bow which causes me to have to apply a little presure when latching the right side. I have thought about having the dealer check it out but it sounds like a replacement could be worse than the one currently installed.

Was it designed that way to insure weather seal??
My outside entertainment centre requires pressure to close.

The dealer has finally gotten authorization from F.R. to order a new door. Yes, I do have a concern regarding the new door and painting it to match etc... I guess I'll still have the old door available if the new door turns out to be a disaster.

I first noticed the warp on our Spring trek to Florida. It has gotten progressively worse with time. Now with the cold weather returning, and night time lows in the teens on some nights, it seems like the warp has worsened.
