3010 DS Bedroom Slide

Had a couple issues first trip out this year. Got everything working except the bedroom slide. Fuse is good and have power to the switch. When I hit the switch it does nothing. Has anyone seen this and is there anything I can check before taking it in for service?

You need to have the emergency brake on for slides to work!

Emergency brake needs to be set as well as the key in the ignition in the ON position.

Funny I've never had to have the emergency brake or key on the first 2 years I've owned it.

That’s interesting. I have a 2019 3010ds and have to have the parking brake set and key in ignition to on in order to operate slides and leveling Jack’s.

Up to mid 2017 model, ignition had to be off. Parking brake didn't need to be on.

To level the unit the motor must be on and e brake must be set. The bedroom slide can be opened with only shore power connected. Thats what I did today at the campground.

My 2013 doesn't require the key, the parking brake and will run off battery power.
