3010DS Off Road

If anyone ever wondered how a big class C does off road I have a link to a video my Dad took. This is our usual campground for family and friends. On this day it was raining pretty good so I was concerned about the climb up the hill. This hill is pretty steep although it does not look like it in the video.

Lets here about some of your off road experiences in your Sunseeker.

What stinks is how there is video evidence of you voiding the warranty.

"Warranty is voided when the vehicle is used for commercial use or off road racing".

That thing was flying up the hill (racing) and it was a dirt path (off road). I might be able to overlook this for a small fee.

On another note. I took a 2650 skiing. Up in Canada they gravel the roads (don't bother to plow) and we never slid. Ice covered roads, snow covered roads, hills and swells, thing handled like a champ.

I need to get all of my racing sponsor stickers plastered on the sides... Haha. Like I stated. That hill is a lot steeper than it looks in that video so you got to get a bit of a run.

That weekend that the video was taken it really poured down the rain. This was a test of the anti-lock brake system. As I was creeping down the hill I could feel it working, as well as, the hours of cleaning to get the mud out of the chassis.

Our Sunseeker was airborne once over a ill placed set of rough railroad tracks on 65 mph highway!

They do amazing well in extreme conditions.

Lol! We pulled off to the side of the road for quite awhile looking things over because I swore there had to be something laying on the road behind us.

None the less, that spot is marked on our GPS just incase I forget about it on future trips.

That was a nice video.

Got gas and decided to go through a motel parking lot to exit so I could catch a light. DW and I were talking and crossed a wide speed bump on a 45deg bias. Talk about rocking a 3170. Holy Molly. After an inspection, everything was in good order, but damn.

:-) that's what I was doing! Talking to the wife and never saw the sign. I tried to blame her but that didn't work out.
