3050 slide issue

On our second trip out in our 3050S 2013 mh, the slide struggled to go in. After several attempts it finally went in. Our dealer has been great so far putting in a new motor for the slide. Sure hope the new motor does the job, we are going out again this weekend. I know from other threads, lots of people have had trouble with refrigerators. Ours froze a gallon of milk in 3 hours. Hopefully that adjustment will work as well. So far our dealer Freedom RV has been good to work with. Has anyone else had trouble with their slide?

Sometimes the motor is designed to do that. The "brain" of the slide will sense if one of the sides is coming in slower than the other, so it will cut out. You let go of the button and try again, then it brings the other side in to even it out...may cut out again, then hit the button and both should come in at the same pace.

Not sure that is what is happening, just that it can do that by design to protect it from serious damage.
