3050 Unit

We have the 3050 super slide...This past weekend our dogs had chews. When we retracted the slide, it would not go in all the way on the front. Upon inspection, we discovered a dog chew was stopping it from retracting.....(Lesson Learned)

My question is and anyone used foam tubes to place at the bottom of the slide to prevent anything from getting under the slide...The rubber seal is not very stiff and items can get under it...

I was thinking this might save the old folks like me from having to lay upon my belly with a flashlight to look under the slide.
