Does my 2014 3050S have a bypass kit from the factory?

Thanks, I found another post that describes where it is for my unit. Apparently I have to unscrew an interior panel under my fridge to get to it.

Don't recall, but all I had to do I was unscrew the cover under my reefer (inside) to get to the valves which are as shown in the picture above.

Hey wesslvm;
We just took delivery of our 2013 3050S and are loving it although we haven't had many chances to use it!!
I found our heater with bypass in the same location (under the fridge behind the panel).

I used lp air to blow out all my water lines. I considered running antifreeze through my water lines using a hand pump connected to the city water connect outside and drawing off the bottle. This is when you want to bypass the hot water heater (after it is drained/blown out) so you don't waste filling the six gallon tank with antifreeze. I decided against the antifreeze since I was confident my lines were dry.
I also removed my water filter and made sure the housing was empty.
I used about 3 gallons of antifreeze to fill the drain traps and above the toilet valve and into the black and grey tanks.

winterising 3050s
remember when you winterize a unit, you need to include the water pump. i put pink stuff in my lines, as i use my during the winter. you have a automatic heater on the ice maker to keep the line from freezing. tank heaters go on also, dc power and temp below 40 degrees rather be safe than sorry

Late model units may have this near the water pump.

Actually, I ran the pump till it lost suction also, but now you have me rethinking.... We had 24 degree night last week so what's done is done.

That's a water filter. You want to unscrew the clear plastic canister, throw out the filter (get a new one next year), drain any water in the clear plastic canister, paper towel dry the threads, and screw the clear plastic canister back on.
I think it would take A LOT of air to dry it all out.

Just got done winterizing my 3050S. I had to go out and buy a deep socket 1 1/16 to get the drain plug out of the hot water heater. The unit is only 6 months old and I had a devil of a time getting the plug out. The threads weren't coroded, but the manufacturer must have really tightend it. The anode rod didn't look too bad for 1 year.
