3050s warranty

seems my 3050s sunseeker has developed a leak. while taking out today, i got soaked in the drivers seat, noticed water coming down on the passager side also. called my dealer to make an appointment , they said sometimes forest river will cover some thing out of warranty. on page 8 of my booklet it said i have bumber to bumber 3 year 36000 miles chassis coverage. would not a leak in the overhead bunk area be chassis coverage. my bunk mattress is all wet . i know forest river is not new to this game, i had a 2000 class c le that never had a problem in the 5 years i owned that. anyone had this problem or can guide my in anyway keep on camping

The 3 year/36000 mile is for ONLY the part that Ford Motor Corp. built, if your mattress is wet that means water is coming in from the coach that Forest river built. You may be able to get some goodwill warranty from FR. Good luck

Heard this before on this forum and if I remember correctly the problem was water leaking in through the clearance lights. Possibly some leaked in, froze and broke something yielding a leak to the inside.
