3170 bunk bedroom slide not sliding

Hi my go to people. My slide will not go in. I disconnected the top of the unit the problem is the rear of the slide is very difficult to move. I was able to push it back in however when trying to push it out it goes about a foot and stops the side closest to the front moves very easily. Any suggestions? I was trying to rein gage the top of the unit to lock in place to take it to get repaired. Will use slide locks if cannot rein gage. Thanks looking forward to any help.

3170 bunk bedroom slide not sliding

After reading about other people having slide issues, I laid under my sunseeker and had my wife run it out. There was a bolt head sticking out through the floor of the RV that rotated. I grabbed a socket and could easily move the slide out and in.

Posts in other forums said that they may have to remove a panel to get at the bolt.

If it will move a bit, see if there is a bolt underneath that moves as well.
