I've seen the rear seat belts in a 2013 Forester at one of my local dealerships. They didn't have a 2013 Sunseeker.

I think you would need to take up the whole floor to install a plate. Would need to attach to something solid or it would just rip out of the floor. Not sure how safe they are anyway. It's just a lap belt for someone sitting sideways going down the street. I probably could rig up something to the frame but the. The whole couch could rip out of the floor. That is if it ever gets bolted in to begin with.
