7 Days to go!

Sunseeker is home, Kar Kaddy is purchased and I know how to use it! Yes, that's snow. It's freezing here today.

I don't tow a car, but here is what I have heard.

If you tow on a caddy, sometimes there won't be a place to put the caddy when you park at campgrounds. But, you save wear and tear on your tires.

If you tow flat, you put wear and tear on tires when you aren't really using the car. Depending on your setup, the odometer may or may not run when it's being towed.

I'm just too chicken to tow, I get by on my scooter or rental cars.

It's very easy to back in with it attached (without the van on it) and my unit is still probably within the length of a Class A. I'd just have to get a longer site.

So far, I like it, but flat towing would be so much easier just in general. I would think there are less steps to attaching the vehicle.
