Air conditioner won't work with generator on 3120ds

Air works fine on shore power but not with generator on 2011 sunseeker 3120ds Help

Does the A/C even try to come on? Does the generator power other devices okay? There is a circuit breaker on the generator that can trip. If nothing works off the generator power that would be my first check.

If the generator powers other devices reset the AC power breaker for your A/C. And then turn off any other 115VAC electrical items and see if the A/C will come on... The A/C can easily pull half or more of the generators output capacity, especially at start up.

Seems generator is not reaching power, it's got plenty of nameplate rating. Could be partly plugged fuel filter or governor is sluggish. Would think you should enlist Onan help first.
