Backup camera

Anyone knows who made the integrated backup camera/rearview mirror for the 2011 sunseeker le? Mine just stopped working, the rear view monitor works but not the camera itself. I just get a blue screen. I called forest river but they havent returned my call yet. Thanks

am surprised that Forest River hasnt called back unless you called late in the afternoon on a friday. When I called them and talked to one of the guys about the Mini Lite - he returned my call within 15 minutes after talking to him and said he had to talk to someone else.

You should be able to take a look at the camera housing and see who makes it and or get a model # off of it and do a search that way.

Same thing happened to our system. Out unit was a new leftover, so warranty was over (sigh). Our system is a Zone Defense-name is on back of monitor. If it is, contact them (service person named Woody) at the number on this site (Zone Defense LLC). Company fixed unit under warranty N/C and even shipped it back free. They said there was a thermistor that was failing in the units and they would be intermittent, go "blue" and then go off, but the green light would stay on. Only way to restart was to kill power (ignition) and try again.

I have a 2011 Sunseeker with a backup camera. It is not Zone Defense and there is NO indication of the company on the user manual. It is titled:
In-car TFT LCD Monitor. The monitor model is DS-Z8. Google that and it seems to be a Chinese company. There is NO indication of the camera itself, which is white and round.
My camera was not sealed well and moisture collected inside. I just had it replaced under warantee. The new camera is still white and round but has a little hood on top which hopefully will keep rain out. However the camera mount has little holes for positioning rather than an open track, so exact vertical positioning is not possible.
