Bathroom Mod

Our bathroom cabinet and sink are too big in our 2006 Sunseeker 2600. I found a nice 23" x 10" sink in Ikea. I am going to keep the existing cabinet and just add blocks to drop in new sink and faucet.

My question is - I know I can just not turn on pump and remove the faucets but if I get hung up during the mod and want to use the kitchen faucet - what do I do. I have no shut-off valve in the bathroom and the two plastic lines disappear somewhere into the drivers side wall. I was thinking just remove the old faucets so I can remove the top and reconnect the faucets and lay in a bucket while I am working the top - then I could turn the pump back on so we can use the kitchen sink.

Any suggestions?

Can you put shutoff valves on as the first step of your project? They really should be there anyway and it would solve your problem. Just use a sharkbite valve and (if you get the little "tool") you can remove it if you need to later in your project and reinstall.

Either add a shutoff or look for a plug. I had a toilet issue this trip (bad winterization). Our options were to plug the water line to the toilet with a PVC plug or to go without water to the camper. We opted for a PVC plug until the RV stores opened this past Monday.
