Battery recommendations

I have a 2007 Sunseeker on a Ford 350 chasi. The motor home needs a new battery. Any suggestions for blend of quality and reasonable cost?

Are you talking the vehicle or the coach battery? Where do you live in the South or in the North? If you are talking the vehicle battery just go to Walmart and get the mid price battery that will fit your vehicle. Walmart has a good, better and best type of arrangement for their batteries.

Coach battery. Souther illinois so hot summers and only a week or two of harsh winter weather.

This is a personal preference. Maintenance Free or AGM. No water to add, no out gassing, no cable corrosion. Yes a little more money but well worth it. IMHO.

There a several good choices.

I replaced the original single coach battery on my Sunseeker with two Interstate SRM-27 batteries and was totally satisfied. The cost for for the batteries and four cables installed with tax was $298. Day and night difference.

The above-mentioned would be a good choice. Don't get a "Dual Purpose" battery; make sure it is Deep Cycle.
