I have a 2014 3010DS too and the jacks are way off on auto. I've been leveling on manual mode but now I'm intrigued about the possibility of calibrating the auto mode.

The Bigfoot manual has the steps on how to recalibrate or program the auto leveling.
If you don't have a copy of the manual you can download it here: http://thebigfootleveler.com/uploads...TEM_MANUAL.pdf

Programing starts on page 17.

I don't like front or rear (I have had the rear go off the ground!) tires off the ground. It bothers me. If I have a case of tires off the ground, I retract the levelers, and then back up onto Lynx Blox (Lynx RV Leveling Blocks, Pkg of 10 - RV Park Supplies) to support the tires. Then I redo the levelers.

I did repeat the setup procedure on mine to set level and that has helped. Depending upon the slope its not unusual for one axle to come up off the ground. On our first trip this year all four came up, I retracted and hit auto again and it was fine. The big question would be is it level? If so you're fine.

Just remember. If the rear tires come off the ground, make sure the front wheels are chocked.
Parking brake will not work if the rear tires are off the ground. Just a reminder.
