Big foot leveler problems

My big foot leveler, box control panel type, beeps when driving. All leveler appear to be up. When I power up and press auto I hear clicking under RV but no lowering of leveler. When I go to manual mode and try to lower each leveler again all I hear are clicks. I hit emergency retract all lights on box go but when I start RV beeping sound and hitting emergency retract does not silence alarm. Battery power is full. Would appreciate any help. Thanks

Call their support number. I did that on a Sunday morning and they had me going in just a few minutes.

Pretty simple the wire that attaches to what they call breaker in battery box (under stairs in my C) was loose. When I first looked I was looking for a breaker with a switch so I initially ignored the box until tech told me what to do.

What did he tell you to do? Do you have a pic of box. Mine does the same thing sometimes.

Big foot leveling

We had a similar issue, with ours it was the passenger side rear leveler - was the issue. As it turned out the pin that goes up when the leveler is retracted was bent. So even though all levelers we up the system keep beeping. The folks at big foot told me to get a long narrow socket attach to the wrench and bend the pin back. He said it was not uncommon for them to get bent we have had to do this a few times. May not be the same issue you mentioned but this was our issue.

How do you like your levelling system? Is it worth the extra dollars?? Presume you have 4 point.

Thanks for your comment - would like to hear from others on this subject.
We are looking at the 2290S so short (24') unit so wondering if we would really benefit much from them looking at the cost in Canadian dollars.

I have had trailers and RV's my whole life. This is the first time I have had a rig with automatic levelers. I will never purchase a rig without them again.

Big Foot Levelers

I had a problem when resetting my levelers for the first time to where level was for my rig. Called Big Foot Sunday afternoon, tech answered and walked me through. My last rv had HWH levelers and when I called them with an issue I got a call back over a week later when I was at work. I don't know how many companies will help with technical problems on a Sunday afternoon, but this was a first for me. Kudos to Big Foot!!!
