Bigfoot leveler - one jack won't finish leveling
I took the RV out for the first time this season and ran into an issue with one of the jacks. All of them lowered and did the initial lifting. But when it started to do the final lift to level it just screamed and wouldn't lift. Also, twice now, when I start up the jacks beep to warn me one is not all the way up. So I hit the retract and one comes up just a bit. I am guessing the two problems are related. Anyone ever have this issue?
On a positive note, we got the RV out the earliest we have ever had it out. We dry camped but will probably de-winterize next month.

Leveling
We took ours out for the first time and the automatic leveling didn't work.
Like you, one of the jacks in the rear was up. If you find a solution, we'd be interested in knowing.

Turned in my RV for repair today so I will let you know when I hear. I also have a problem with the furnace running 1 cycle but then not coming back on until I turned it off and back on. Fortunately I am only midway through my 4 year extended warranty so this all should be covered.

Update - the shop could not duplicate the leveling jack issue. I am not sure they actually tried to level the RV as I reported it wouldn't level and a couple times one had drooped while sitting and when I started it, the controller beeped at me to warn me. So I hit the retract and heard one come up a bit. So I think they tested the drooping issue and not the leveling issue, which I am sure are related.
Does anyone know what these things do when they hit there limit for raising the coach? I wondered if that could have been the issue as one jack that looked like it might have had to go a little high to get level. I put 2 jack pads under it and it still wouldn't level but I don't know if that one was even the one with the problem.
Also, I had a problem with the furnace where it ran a few cycles but then quit. I then had to turn the thermostat off and back on to get it to run. It would run one more cycle and then not come back on. They couldn't duplicate that either.

I don`t have a auto leveler on my camper but when I buy a new camper it will have it. When you say it screamed at you; sounds like to me that the it reached its max pressure and the hydraulic relief valve was letting the hydraulic fluid dump back to tank. Anyway my opinion.

I would recommend a couple of things whether they attempted or not.
1-make sure they complete a repair order with the appropriate info and what they did
to execute addressing your complaint while not being able to replicate or duplicate the issue.
this will document that you declared an issue with your unit.
2-keep a video camera or smart phone with you to video what happens at these moments.
this has assisted in repairing my vehicle more than once.
service people have been appreciative when i could show them.
hope this helps

Sounds maybe like weak house batt related. Also I heard you can reset the controller by unplugging under the driver seat. You mentioned extended warrenty, if you get no joy from I assume the "three" in your town try a phone call to integrity. Just got my air fixed there.... picked up today...regardless please post your outcome as there are a lot of big feet out here...

I have a 2012 with the big foot levelers so I don't know if they are the same. I assume the jack drifting down is the same one that isn't lifting fully. When you get the alarm that all jacks are not full up, look at each and you should see the one that has drifted down. If you can't tell get enough friends to watch all the jacks and look for movement when you press the retract button. I would check the reservoir fluid level in the offending jack. You have to remove a cover to see the reservoir. The other thing it sounds like is there is some air in the unit. It can cause the jack to not lift fully and allow it to drift down from full up. The manual describes how to vent them which I did once with mine but it has been 4 years ago so I don't remember the details.

No luck at the dealer. They could not reproduce the problems and I couldn't either. So will have to wait until it fails for good.

Bigfoot leveler - one jack won't finish leveling
Took mine to the tire shop today one of my valve extenders was free spinning and couldn't tighten or remove (inner tire) and I figured that's where it was leaking air
Anyway half way there,
Beep Beep Beep
I pulled over shut down
Turned on Big foot and hit "All Up"
I heard a short retract sound
Shut it off and continued.
I'll keep you posted Greg
You and I have the same unit and I think year (2014)

Hi I am in Georgia too just wondering what dealer you use...when we try to use our leveling jacks it ALWAYS lifts the entire motorhome off the ground then we have to retract and then try to manual level ... I hate them I wish we had never ordered the leveling jacks

I use Three Way Campers in Cobb county. They have been great to work with.
As for the levelers, they will lift whatever wheel off the ground they need to in order to level it. I park so that the nose is low if at all possible so that it will only lift the front off the ground and not the rear. I have only had it lift the rear off the ground once and I immediately put it back down.
If yours are lifting the rear off the ground even when it doesn't appear that it should, I would say something is wrong with the calibration or programming.

Just my 2 cents, re-calibrate the system and you will love them.

Don't believe "ALL UP"
Our bigfoot levelers have worked fine since we got our 3051S Forester last May....until they didn't! Getting ready to leave RV park last month, I raised the jacks as usual...got the "ALL UP" signal at the control panel and then proceeded to drive away...and, you guessed it...the right rear jack was still all the way down. caught on the low curb at the edge of our RV site and bent and ripped off the jack! After getting a mobile RV repair service out to finish removing it, we continued on our trip 4 hours later. Of course we could not use the system again with only 3 jacks.
Do not, I repeat...do not believe the "All Up" signal !! I will walk around and visually check each jack from now on. I know I will, because my wife will never let me forget!

I also use Three Way Campers in Marietta. I just dropped off our GTS this afternoon for some warranty work before the spring rush. I suggest you call before you go as they are already getting busy....
