Can a heat pump & black tank flush be added?

Looking at a new Sunseeker. It's a leftover '11 so it's a good price. It's missing a couple things I would ideally want though if ordering new: The heat pump on the AC unit & the black tank flush. Can a dealer service dept add those items? I'm pretty sure I've heard about aftermarket black tank flush kits but not sure about aftermarket heat pumps (without having to replace the entire AC unit). Thanks!
