First, does everything work okay on shore power? If so the problem probably isn't in your power converter / AC breaker panel.

If everything is okay on shore power next I'd reset the circuit breaker located on the generator set itself. There is a circuit breaker on the unit usually near the output wiring. Check your generator's manual for its location on your specific gen set.

If everything works on shore power, and the gen set circuit breaker is good, the next thing I'd check is the transfer switch that transfers power between shore power and generator power. Since you have new unit I'd have my dealer checking this as it is a warranty issue...

I am not familiar with your model but my previous Sunseeker had to be plugged in to the generator output. The same electric cord that you would plug into an shore power outlet had to be plugged into the generator outlet. This receptacle was in the same compartment as the shore power cord.

Do you have a hard-wired EMS?

I didn't know FR was making the 2700 model for 2017. But your transfer switch for 2017 sunseeker models is listed s automatic. That said after checking power on shore power and resetting breaker on generator itself. Ensure power going into transfer switch. Then coming from switch.

Some generators like Onan have a breaker switch on the generator. I spent a few hours trying to track down the same problem before I figured out the switch on the generator had kicked off.

Good luck.

Up date don't go to CW in London ohio after my post could not get appt. until 12/13/16 they found out a wire short cause no power to coach also dinette slideout needed adjusting,Forest River approved the repairs on the 16 th it took CW 12 days just to change out a bolt on the gen.and adjust the slide out would have been a lot longer had I not complained and Forest River called them their excuse was waiting on parts every time I talk to them ,but the thing about this they didn't need any parts just repairs this is sad a big company like CW does this kind of services, had I look on the forums and saw all the complaints on CW I would have never took the RV there, I know I'll never go there again, if any of you want to go to CW check out the forum they are rated 1 and a half star before you go .
