Does FR upgrade stock steering stabilizer

I thought I read somewhere that FR upgrades the stock steering stabilizer. Surprised if they do given the extra cost. But our '13 Sunseeker 3100 drives pretty good so perhaps they do. I see a lot of complaints about front end wiggle on the net about driving some other manufacturers class C's.

We drove our 13 2860 from Des Moines to Colorado Springs and had no wiggles at all. In fact it rides nicer than the wifes Grand Cherokee.

We do not upgrade steering stabilizers. We do put on the Firestone Ride Rite however.

My 2860 came with Air-Lifts..are these the same as Firestone..does FS own AL or vise-versa? Or maybe FR uses both and just happen to not have an FS in stock so used AL. I have no problems with subbies as long as they are FFF Form Fit Function.

I'll find out if this is a substitute or an ongoing replacement. It looks like the exact same product. I do see the Air-Lifts have a lifetime warranty on everything. The Firestones have a lifetime warranty on the air-spring only. 24 months on all the other hardware.

I've read on here to about the front end allignments, wiggle and so on. To me ours drives pretty darn good. You can definitely tell the stabilizer is there. We've had it in some pretty rough weather, and it still drives great, especially compared to the F53 chassis. I guess if the only motorhome you had ever driven was a class C, then you might think it feels weird. Not sure why anybody would want to upgrade the stabilizer as the stock one does it's job pretty good. Hey, at least they put one on there.

At least in Heaven, RVs will be perfect, and I won't have to keep fixing them.

I changed mine out. It had nothing to do with any wiggle, the motorhome always drove good. I bought the Tru-Center by Blue Ox. The stock one seems to work well but you would be amazed what driving is like with the Tru-center. At least I feel like I have a chance of saving it if we blow out a front tire.
