I just started experiencing this same thing on the door of our 3011 this weekend. I was hoping I would come here and find a way to adjust the speed that it opens. It looks like that's not possible. I guess I'll be looking into a strut with less pressure. Thanks for all the previous posts, that's what I love about this forum, being able to find the answers to questions I have.

Ok, sorry I haven't kept this entirely updated. I have failed to fix problem with a #15 replacement as well as #60 replacement. I am stumped???

I need to pick up one with less pressure an RV Parts store should have them I picked one up at our local RV Parts store tell them for entry door

Moving anchor points will accomplish more than just switching to different strength struts.
