DVD won't play... Jensen head unit

It was working fine the last trip. Now we insert a DVD and it ejects after 5 seconds.

Tried different DVD and a
cleaning disc...same problem.

This is a new 2700ds. Nothing found in the manuals on this topic.

Any suggestions?

Try pressing and holding down the eject button for several seconds. This will reset the ejection mechanism. If that does not work you will have to take it in under warranty.

Mine did that a few weeks ago. Turned the unit off and back on and hasn't done it since. We'll see if it stays that way or not

I tried the eject button thing and no luck.

It was working.
I went into the gps function to experiment with settings.
Then later that night DVD doesn't work and hasn't since.
