emptying fresh water tank

I have a forest river sun seeker model 2400wr and can't find the fresh water dump valve.

Are you talking about draining you fresh water tank?
If so it's a valve located on the blue cold line in the compartment that houses your pump and water filter
Should be sticking out below behind right rear wheels

I have MBS Sunseeker 2016 and the drain plug is located at the back of the rv. It is hidden behind a white round plastic cover, unscrew it anyou will find your low point drain and the water tank drain (it has a tap).
