Factory installed optional leveling jacks?
Hi folks, hoping somebody can help me out here. I purchased a 2016 Sunseeker 3170DS in August. Bought from a relatively local dealer in Virginia. The experience with this dealer has been....let's say disappointing. I'm hoping that this question won't lead to another...disappointment...
What is the specific model of Bigfoot jack system that is installed by FR as a factory option? Specifically, is it the manual or automatic 4-pt system? The agreement I had w/ the dealer is that they would install the exact system that FR provides from the factory, as part of the transaction. I got the manual 4-pt system. Various other discussions on this site, as well as FR's website, imply (but don't outright say) that the FR provided system is the automatic version.
Thanks in advance. BTW, this is one excellent site! I have learned so much from just reading through the threads.

If you contact FR with your VIN, they should have a complete build list.

Thanks, Bluepill. I do have in inquiry into FR, but not getting an answer. I resubmitted the question today, but thought I might also try this forum.
When you say "build list", do you mean model specifics that could have been installed on this unit? It did not come from the factory with the jacks; they were an add as part of the purchase transaction, ordered and installed (they claim from FR) as part of the sale.

I have a 2014 3010 and the auto leveling jacks were an option. Cost $1800 extra but are auto and if there is a problem I can use the manual.

If you look at the featues and scroll down to options for the sunseeker it lists "Automatic leveling system (4-point) (N/A MBS)"
http://www.forestriverinc.com/produc...spx?LineID=185
I believe the manual system is one pump with a manifold to power of each jack, the automatic system has one pump per jack.

We use the bigfoot auto-leveling jacks. You should be able to push the auto button, step back and watch it level itself out.

Here is what came on my 2015 3170DS from the factory. I am including the link as there are different controllers (mounted in the wall, or wired remote). My 3170DS has a wired remote that is stored under the drivers seat, the remote looks like the one in the link below. (Note the auto and manual buttons)
Class C (Ford) Automatic Leveling System

Thanks, Josh. Given my experience with this dealer so far, I'm pretty sure I'm going to have a fight on my hands in trying to get them to 'fess up to the error (if indeed it was an innocent mistake). But now at least I know to try.

I have a '16 3050S - factory installed Big Foot auto/manual system, just like Josh said. Mine has the control panel mounted just inside the house door on the wall. Works great.

Folks, thanks for all the replies on this thread so far. I'm being told different things by different players (Quadra, the dealer, etc.) and was wondering if anybody (Josh, maybe?) has insight into any of these statements (like, are they true):
1. The system that FR configures at the factory is the Quadra automatic leveling setup. But if a dealer orders a post-build system from FR, FR actually ships the Quadra "Wireless" system, which is NOT automatic. Is this true? If so...why in the world would they do that?
2. Quadra's automatic system that it sells direct to users is a 4-pump system. The auto system that OEM's like FR sell as options to their coaches is a single, central pump system but is still auto leveling.
3. Converting from a manual (wireless) system to an auto system isn't as easy as adding the additional system brains (e.g., the level control unit) and rewiring.
