Fiberglass cracks

We own a brand new 2014 Sunseeker. We're out on our first camping trip and discovered two areas on the rear of the sidewalls where the gel coat is cracked and flaking off. Anyone have experience with how this can be repaired? I will have to take it to the dealer. Not sure if they will even warranty it. Another area looks like a screw is bulging out under the glass, ready to push through. For now I'm covering the cracked areas with duct tape.

take pictures...have the dealer look at it. Gel coat is pretty easy to repair..but you want to make sure its not something bigger.
