First weekend out

And so far, so good! Only complaint - lots of cold air coming in from under the couch/kitchen slide. Anyone else with a similar problem? I decided against putting water in the tanks and de-winterizing, but plan on using a city connection for Thanksgiving, that pump intimidates me quite a bit, so I'll keep it dry until I get some time to properly set up the winterization kit.

I still need to get the stove fan flap open, I did a search last night and figured out how to open it, but I'm short and will need dh's help who flew in from Chicago late last night and has been on dance and hockey carpooling duty all day today. Everything else that we've used seems to be in working order!

Yep. When we had our 3121, very drafty under that slide. Pretty much solved with a custom pool noodle cut in half and wedged in there.

Our vent clips were a pain at first too but they do loosen up a bit after a while.

Glad to hear you got the vent open.

BTW - that spaghetti noodle spoon thing makes a great back scratcher. (Since my spaghetti noodle spoon thing is no longer in the kitchen I now use tongs to serve spaghetti.)

Talking

Congratulations and welcome to the forums from SW Idaho.

Wishing this information about the spaghetti spoon had been posted early this year, could have saved some bucks by not buying that bamboo back scratcher......

Unless they have changed the (Size & Location) of the plastic door that you must remove to access the (Water filter & Waterpump/prefilter)area you need (contortional moves)! Youroo!!

Thanks for the welcome Ford, but I'm only new to the class C's. We owned a Roo up until last week and have been on the forums since 2011. . YouRoo, it's under the couch slide in an exterior compartment, I believe I it's just latched shut to get into, he showed me the pump and filter canister during the walk through. Contortion moves will still be necessary though. But compared to the no space to get the filter canister out Roo, I think this may be easier!
