Floor Mat for Ford 2018 E450 in a 2019 Sunseeker 3010 DSF

We a have a new Ford 2018 E450 in a 2019 Sunseeker 3010 DSF and would like to cover the existing vinyl flooring with a carpet or rubber floor mat, any suggestions?

We purchased a full 1 piece mat to cover the original vinyl floor. I will see if I can find where we purchased it from.

We purchased these from Amazon about 3 years ago and love them. They are well built, heavy duty and don't slide around. Take a look at them.

We bought these for our E-450. They were easy to take out an clean and the fit was perfect. We specifically wanted rubber mats to protect the carpet-and they did just that.

For a couple dollars, we bought a small square carpet from a building supply such as HD for between the seats. As I recall it was about 15" X 18". Perfect fit and great match.

For you information, all E series cabs are the same. As I recall, Amazon fitment said they would not fit. knowing the cabs and models were the same, I knew they would fit.

We had a real problem with the heat on the DW side of the floor under her feet! We got carpeted mats from Lloyds. Ordered direct from them, and it has help solve the heat and also helps cut down on engine noise too!

There are a lot of possibilities out there. But often not found if you put in E450 2019. Seems that many manufacturers stopped updating their ordering systems when Ford quit making E450 vans. No fear, if it fits a 2014 it will fit newer models.

I found what I wanted on Amazon.Com only to discover that that particular vendor doesn’t ship to Canada. May have to wait until next winter when we head south to Arizona..

DW complained about the heat.... I cut some Reflectix and put it under the vinyl flooring. Does wonders.

Based on favorable reviews read on this forum, I ordered a 1 piece 2019 E450 carpet mat from QualityCarMats.com. I did get the carpet samples from them ahead of time. I was not happy with the quality and the fitment. The serging around the engine doghouse was uneven and did not fit the contour smoothly. I had a bump/wrinkle at the right side of the driver seat base, that I could not flatten out no matter how I tried adjusting the mats. Basically there is no adjustment because the mat is up tight against all edges. I sent QualityCarMats photos of my problems. I sent the mat back at their cost, but they claimed the mat fit against their pattern so they would not give me a full refund. It cost me 30% of the $160 mat price to try it and find it didn’t fit right.

There could potentially have been fitment issues around our passenger seat because it has the optional swivel base. But, that area was fine. The issue was around the stock Ford driver seat base, in addition to the sloppy edging at the engine cover.

Due to my experience, I can’t recommend QualityCarMats. A 30% fee for restocking is really high for any product. I suspect Avery is the same company based on names I saw on the UPS shipping record.

I did buy and install the Highland rubber mats described here in post #4 and 5. They fit very well. I especially like the split fronts that fit nicely at the wheel wells. etrailer.com had the best price on those. I just put a rectangular carpet floor mat (that came out of a past minivan) between the seats for now until I find something better.

Was going to purchase the one piece floor mat for my E450 Sunseeker as well but they don’t ship to Canada so maybe that’s a good thing

Just bought a set of these for our 2020 2290s on an E450 chassis, they fit great and we have driver and passenger swivel seats.
