Furnace won't Start

I thought I would start the furnace in my 2013 Sunseeker 2300 for the first time, but the blower will not run on 12 volts. Needless to say, that's as far as I got. I did try setting the fan to auto and heard a click overhead when I went to furnace, nothing happens. The heat pump works great on 110v. Any suggestions?

Start by checking all the fuses in the power panel.
There may also be a fuse near or in the furnace itself.

the fuses are all good, not sure what I'm missing. Should be a simple system, but since I purchased the 2300 a couple of months ago there has been no need to use the furnace. Now it is getting close enough to check everything is working as I will not be winterizing, but will be traveling.

Try making the transition to "Auto" on shore or generator power. As I recall, when we first got the hint to go to "Auto" in the fan setting, it still ran for a few seconds (we were on shore power) before it shut off. Your post got me concerned, so I went to our unit today to run the furnace on battery only. Worked flawlessly.

Sounds like you need to make some voltage checks. I'd start at the T-stat to make sure it's sending voltage to the furnace relay.

Also, did you test the fuses or just look at them? Sometimes they'll look ok but not be making physical connection inside.

Along the same line as as Bama mentioned, reset all of your cxt breakers. Sometimes they'll be tripped and look "on".

I don't have the same system... But in the service/diagnostic section it said to pull the furnace fuse to reset the board. Cheap check if you haven't done already.

Our furnace wouldn't run this spring. I found the fuse in the power distribution panel was good but a little loose. It showed 12 volts but lost contact when I wiggled it. I moved the wire and fuse to an unused fuse space. On ours the same fuse feeds the furnace and the refrigerator. Wiggling the fuse made the refrigerator go on and off.

I started following the wiring diagram to the furnace blower and found the culprit where the thermostat meets the send at the air conditioner vent overhead. Red wire was loose from when I cleaned it out.
