The remote for my bedroom furrion was defective the first time I tried it. It took the dealership three weeks to send me a new one. They blamed Forrest River. The second one lasted 2 days. I went to CVS and bought a Phillips universal remote.

Yes same model. I could not find the code anywhere. I used the auto discovery function of the remote. It took a couple of tries but it now works.

Hope this helps.
My new Logitech Harmony 650 will not recognize my Furrion DV1200 system.

Should I use a different model number or brand in the logitech configuration?
I tried the learning it by pushing all the buttons it says from the setup menu and still foes not recognize nothing. Help
