I have a 3120 built in November 2011. It has no fuse in the location you mentioned. Sounds like I should put one in. Also there are a lot of other missing fuse locations. It only has fuses in F5, F4, and F8. After reviewing the info on the back of the cover it looks like maybe the only other one I may need is J9 for Artic pac heaters which is an option the coach has. However the switch for the heaters lights up when operated so it appears to have power. Should it also have a fuse installed and what amperage?

ATVer - you shold definitiely install the 5 amp mini fuse for the gray wire. your unit should have a 15 in F8(brown wire, awning), a 15 in F5(black wire, rear slide), and a 20 resettable in F4(red wire, front slide). and then the 5 on the gray wire in F1.
The arctic pak designation on the panel is only for one of our rental customers. They wanted the arctic Paks to run off the battery disconnect. Yours is working correctly, and is getting its power from the convenience center...the panel where the switch is. When you get the 5 amp fuse put in, it sounds like all will be correct with your unit.
